Spending Coach — AI explains where the money went

An AI assistant for a banking app: it finds which spending category grew, explains why and suggests a savings plan. From the problem and user flow to screens, states and a UI kit.

TimeManager — meeting scheduler

A B2B platform where a user books a meeting in 3 steps instead of 5: everyone’s availability is visible at once, no email back-and-forth. From CJM and user flows to a UI kit with every state and edge case.

FitFem — home workouts for girls

An iOS app that is live on the App Store: a short quiz builds a personal plan, workouts run in a step-by-step player, and FitCreator puts together a session for your mood and time. From competitor analysis and a user survey to onboarding, paywalls and store screenshots.

Order Routing — logistics control panel

04 · B2B · Logistics · Web / Mobile

Order Routing — logistics control panel

A control panel for international delivery operators: delays are visible at once, and a whole batch of orders can be rerouted to another hub in 4 steps. Managers on the move approve urgent decisions from their phone. I started from the order status model, so desktop and mobile follow the same logic.

How I work in a team

Design rarely exists in a vacuum — I build it so it is clear and convenient for everyone who works with it next. I keep documentation and the design system developer-friendly, sync with PMs on tasks and priorities, and take part in sprints and retros.
